Short Biography
My name is Katuscia Moya, nickname Katie. I am a student of life, learning as I live and as I grow in all aspects. I am completing my Bachelor degree in International Development at the University of Ottawa. I was born in Montréal with a Haitian background. I constantly look forward to new adventures and challenges, whether it be in a class room or in the ‘real world’. I speak both English and French fluently, and I intend to master Spanish as well. As utopic, and cliché as it may sound, I seek to make a difference through every encounter and experience. In all, I enjoy long days at the beach, music, photography, shopping, teaching and learning! I am having difficulty choosing a set career path, due to the fact that I find interest in everything I am exposed to. I am hoping that this internship will shed light on my ‘next step’.
