From Guelph WUSC committee To Gaborone!
Posted by Kathryn on March 12th, 2008
Hello! My name is Kathryn Marsilio and I feel so privileged to visit Gaborone! I have been a part of the Guelph WUSC Committee at the university and attended the AGA in
Ottawa this year. I am extremely excited to see how the WUSC workers and volunteers have been working to help the people of Botswana face the challenges posed by HIV/AIDS. I am hoping to learn as much as I can concerning the programs and education systems that they are using. I also hope to learn more about how the people of Botswana feel about the pandemic and in what ways they see the crisis coming to an end. I am very excited to meet the people of the city and hope to bring as much as I can of this experience back to anyone who will listen!!!

Good luck, K!
You guys are participating in great work and we are all so proud of you. I have no doubt that you will make a difference through your work and dedication. Be safe and keep us posted about your experiences
I can’t wait to hear of everything that you learn and see.
Be safe and talk to you soon!!!!
love,
D
