Working in Botswana!

My name is John Rennie. I am a highly involved Political Science student at the University of Guelph. I am a member of the Varsity Nordic Ski Team. As a ski racer, I have raced at many OUA Championships and have represented Canada at the World University Games and Ontario at the Canada Winter Games. I am also a member of the Guelph Debating Team and have participated in many competitions. Last winter I was fortunate enough to be a participant in a Semster abroad to India. What I saw and experienced in India had a tremendous effect on me. I spent some time volunteering at Missionaries of Charity, the Missionary founded by Mother Teresa. There I discovered the joys and benefits of working with the disadvantaged, which provides my motivation for traveling to Botswana with WUSC.
